WMSE proudly supports Beet Street 2024. The Bay View block party—hosted by Cactus Club, Palomino, and Goodkind—is set to bring about a day of live music, local food and retail vendors, community organizations, and pie-based competition to a parcel of Wentworth and Potter avenues outside the aforementioned businesses. The family-friendly event will run from 1-7 p.m., with an 18+ after party to take place at Cactus Club once Beet Street concludes.
Cactus Club just released the music lineup, which features an eclectic blend of lauded local acts and notable out-of-town artists. Here’s the full lineup (listed from headliner to opener):

WMSE DJs will spin records inside Cactus Club’s bar section all afternoon, and the Cactus Club Video Series will feature mini-docs and music videos screening in their live room throughout the day. What else? Let’s see! There will be a photo booth, midday line dancing lesson from the stage, and an 18+ after party inside Cactus from 8 p.m. to close with details TBA.
