Wildflowers on the Water

WMSE is excited to support Wildflowers on the Water once again. On Saturday, September 6, 2025, Sincerely in Song will host the 3rd Annual Wildflowers on the Water at Lakeshore State Park. This event is in collaboration with Sincerely in Song, Friends of Lakeshore State Park, Rock the Green and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and aims to raise awareness of Milwaukee’s premier urban lakefront destination, Lakeshore State Park, through live music, art, local vendors, and activities.
Wildflowers on the Water celebrates the beauty of nature and diversity at Wisconsin’s only free urban state park. The event features a diverse lineup of musicians, artists, and local vendors, along with interactive programming. Educational opportunities will be provided by partners like the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, All Hands Boat Works, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District and more.
Guests can enjoy a community drumming circle with Angie Mack of Ozaukee Talent, live outdoor painting and make-and-take wildflowers inspired canvas art with Syd the Muralist. Plus, a Sound Bowl experience with Ceiba Chavez, music and performances by DJ Marcus Doucette, Jack Tell, Malik Johnson, Sarah Fierek & The Wildflowers, Angie Mack, Klassik and more. MKE Urban Stables and MPD’s Mount Patrol have been invited for families to meet the horses at the Park. The event is family-friendly, non-alcoholic, and open to all ages and abilities.
Founded by Sarah Fierek, Sincerely in Song pairs each song release with a non-profit cause, aiming to inspire community support through events and partnerships. Sincerely in Song’s mission is to uplift and amplify non-profit causes by building “Music Partnerships for Humanity”.
