Colombian American indie pop outfit Bowvee is the creation of 18-year-old Nick Bove. Brought up in a scattered family, he moved between 5 states before settling in Pewaukee, WI in 2019. Isolated in his basement and without any hometown influence, he drew inspiration from music curated by himself on YouTube. These sounds and feelings culminated in 2023 when Bowvee released its debut album “Cool Guy”; 9 tracks of energetic and optimistic music with bright melodies to lead the way. The record reflects on reluctant change and finding moments for yourself within in the chaos of a new situation.
